Do you consult on homes outside of the Seattle/Eastside metro area? Yes! While our primary service area is in the greater Seattle/Bellevue neighborhoods within 30 minutes of our office, we travel further for an additional fee.
I’d like to have you look at two different properties, how is the pricing structured? We’d be happy to help. Each property consultation is a separate fee, as our consultations are tailored specifically to each property.
Can my consultation be broken into two separate days or meeting times? Our consultation fee reflects pricing for a single-visit consultation. This structure is the most efficient and offers the best value for our clients. Additional consultation time can be arranged at an hourly rate.
Are you available for additional consultations once I purchase my home? Yes! We offer a second-phase consultation at an hourly rate to provide a more in-depth action plan. We also refer to other great designers and architects as needed.
Do you work with real estate agents? Often. We love it when agents bring us to a property on behalf of their clients.
